Keith began his time with Michigan Community Action (MCA) in 2010 in a data support role for the Efficiency United and Energy Optimization programs. He then transitioned into serving as MCA’s Information Technology Director in 2012. Keith is one of only three super-users for the State-wide client data collection and management system used in Michigan, and he is responsible for system training and technical support to the network of Michigan Community Action Agencies. Prior to joining the MCA team, Keith worked in a variety of industries including custom woodwork and cabinetry, automotive repair, HVAC, and accounting. In 2013, Keith received a Computer Programmer/Analyst Associate Degree in Business. Keith is driven by data and has a passion for elevating capacity and reducing burden through technology.
